Egg Free & Meat Free Keto Breakfast Idea

I usually follow a half-day fast on the 1st and 15th day of the lunar Chinese calendar every month.   This means no egg or meat before 12pm.   Since I am on the Keto way of eating, I cannot take any carbohydrates.   I couldn’t make my usual 90 seconds bread or have eggs breakfast.  After cracking (no pun intended) my head, I decided to try this – Avocado with sugar-free peanut butter.  Just mash one avo and mix it with one tablespoon of sugar-free peanut butter.

It doesn’t look very appetizing but it is really yummy and filling.

Hats off to vegans who are on keto.  I wonder what they eat since they do not take meat and eggs.  Can someone please tell?
