Recently when I was on Instagram, I chanced upon a quick, delicious and healthy dish that I can whip up when I am busy. It has enough protein for me for the day. This recipe is Steamed Eggs and it’s quite fuss free because there’s no need to add water or sieve the egg liquid.
Here’s how to do cook this dish.
Ingredients
3 Eggs
Sesame Oil
Green Onion
Light Soya Sauce
Chilli Flakes, Chilli Sauce or Dried Prawn Chilli (optional)
Toasted Sesame Seed
- Pour sesame oil into the steaming plate or bowl. Just enough to coat the bottom and add green onions.
- Crack eggs into the steaming bowl. Bring water to boil and steam on medium heat for 8 minutes.
- Season the eggs with soya sauce, chilli sauce and toasted sesame seed. I used chilli prawn paste with my eggs.
So easy right? I had this for dinner and it’s delicious. Try it if you love steam eggs.
