Every weekend, Ashley would ask for her favourite food – Pancakes for breakfast.  She’ll help me to make them and always ask me to cook them real fast as she can’t wait to take a bite (^_^)  I usually get the Pillsbury Pancake Mix but lately I have been using the Japanese one which I bought from Daiso.

It’s really easy to cook the pancakes.  Just pour half a cup of mix into the bowl, add an egg and some milk.  Then mix well.  This time, I added a banana into the pancake mix.

Grease the pan with butter and spread a small ladle of batter on it.

A funny-shaped pancake for the lil princess.

I usually buy the Pillsbury one and add mashed banana like you too. Is this Daiso one nicer? I wanted to try but can’t read the Japanese cooking instructions haha… can just agak, right? 🙂

My kids love pancakes too and I always use banana. But I do it the old fashion way – flour, milk, eggs, cinnamon and bananas – yummy!
