1.5 Cup(180g) All-Purpose Flour(plain flour)

2 Eggs(55g each)
50ml Fresh Milk
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Rind of 1 Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Before closing the lid, just add a little love into it *wink*

Here’s the moist cake using my HCP.  The center bottom is slightly burnt.  I think I need to learn how to adjust the heat.  Will definitely bake more as I just love the buttery lemon taste. Thanks to Ellena Guan for the recipe 🙂
