Thanks for sharing it here, Barb. We ordered jellycake once from a shop nearby for my mom’s birthday. We didn’t quite like it as it was a bit too sweet.
I love jelly cakes too but the one I know is just Q-jelly selling it.

I’ve ordered from jellycakehouse a few yrs ago. It was not bad, sweetness ok. It’s quite a nice chg from traditional cake.
