When I feel a little overwhelmed, I would …

Go through Pinterest and see what others have pinned or do some pinning myself

Tune in to my favourite radio station

Go to Youtube and watch some reruns of Friends.  Never fail to make me laugh.

I also hopped over to some of my favourite crafty blogs for some inspiration.

So tell me, how do you de-stress?

    Play Diamond Dash, no candy rush, dun wanna get hooked, read and walk out to the garden and weed. I find weeding very therapeutic! LOL..

    Shopping and exercising are my best stress buster. I too don’t really know how to use Pinterest. No time to explore it yet. Maybe you can teach us how to use Pinterest in your next post? 😛

  9. I would go for a swim or some aerobic exercises. Tired myself out and sleep :). Hey, I love Friends too!

    I read to de-stress…my reading materials are clutter books, recipes, memoirs, etc.
