Ashley’s favourite ;)

A few days ago, it was reported in The Star that a Malaysian child prodigy, Adi Putra Abdul Ghani could read the newspapers at the age of three. Wow, it really is amazing and I am sure his parents must have been blown away by their young son’s exceptional talent. If Ashley suddenly could read out something from the papers to me, I think I’ll be so shocked that I would need to sit down and steady myself 😀 Do I want my child to be a genius? Nah. As long as she is healthy and obedient, I’m happy. These days, Ashley just loves to flip the newspaper and point out the logos that she is familiar with like Digi, Maybank, McD, KFC, Starbucks and etc 😉 Then she’ll show me her black fingers from turning all the pages 😀

What’s this, mommy?

My hubby would agree with etceteramommy. That day I was saying wanna change kindy for my 3 year old coz she is not learning much academically compared to her twin kor kor’s previous kindy management. My hubby disagreed and would prefer her to just enjoy herself for the time being. He feels it’s better for kids to be all rounder and street smart, too rather then just good academically.
