Penang White Curry Noodle

My dear friend Annie gave me a few packets of this Penang White Curry Noodle to try and I am rather hooked on it now. If you love Penang style curry, you are going to like this. It smells wonderful and very flavorful too ( a bit of a tongue twister here).  When I first eat it, I didn’t feel its spiciness but when I was done eating the whole bowl, I could feel my body getting warmer.  That’s how spicy the curry is.  When I ate it the second time, I only put half of the ingredients in.  It still turned out good enough for me.

The most important ingredients

My bowl of awesome Penang White Curry Noodle.  I added some vegetables, beancurd and fishball.

For your info, this curry noodle is not easily available at the supermarket.  You may find them in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) Market at Lee Wah Trading which is located at the pork section of the market.  It costs RM6.90 for 4 packets.   A word of warning – They are pretty addictive 🙂

Haha so coincident! My yoga instructor gave me 2 packs to taste last week, exactly the same! She said it’s hard to find, she actually order by batch.
