I need to jot this down before I forget. Missy was very angry after her tuition class on Thursday. She was holding back tears when she told me that she hates going to tuition because her teacher smacked her hands a few times because she forgot to do her Chinese correction. I don’t agree at all with the punishment methods by the teacher but she teaches well. I always tell missy to work harder and be careful with her homework so she won’t get punishment from the teacher.
Anyway, back to Thursday. She was so angry and blurted to me that she wants to cast a voodoo spell on the teacher for smacking her. I tried to hold back my laughter. It is not something that I encourage her to do but it was funny. I let her release her frustrations and then told her that it is not something good to do.
I am sure that when Ashley reads this a few years from now, she will be laughing her head off.
