Many of us are forced to stay at home amidst the recent Coronavirus outbreak. I really miss going to the park for some fresh air and exercise. I miss being surrounded by trees. Although we are allowed to run and cycle, I am still wary.
In order to continue to stay fit, I found some exercises on YouTube. I enjoy this 30-minute walking exercise.
So happy that I managed to achieve about 4000 steps on my Fitbit while doing this workout. Besides this, I also found some Zumba exercises and Tabata which are rather easy to follow and make me sweat. Staying at home and not exercising can easily make a person lethargic. It is important to exercise, keep moving and stay fit.
