We finally made it to September. 2020 so far has been a tough pill to swallow for many. The pandemic has taken a significant toll on everyone across the globe and we cannot do things like how we used to. Many lives were lost, many businesses have been affected by the lockdown to curb the spread of the Coronavirus and caused people to be laid off. Is the worst over? I don’t think so. In another 4 more months, we will bid farewell to 2020. We all wish that everything can go back to how life was before. When will this end? The answer remained frustratingly out of reach.
Yesterday was 31st August which is Hari Kebangsaan Malaysia (Malaysia’s 63d Independent’s Day). It was a long weekend for us and missy’s cousin came over for a 2-day sleepover. We brought the girls out for some fun in the sun yesterday. They wanted to do skateboarding so we went to the Bukit Jalil Stadium. The usual skateboarding area was being occupied by some boys practicing on their skateboards and missy was too shy to use that area as she is still a noob, she said. So the girls practiced near the cycling/running track.
We were there from 9.30am until 11am. It was a very hot day.
Brought our foldable bike along and I cycled around the stadium while the girls were on the skateboard.
