My wet kitchen window looks out to my neighbour’s kitchen. I did not install any curtains or blinds there and have been looking for some window decals to give my kitchen some privacy. I went to some DIY stores but couldn’t find any. So when I was in Daiso on their opening day, I was thrilled to find the window decoration sheet. They were many designs and I choose the cherry blossom one. Only cost $5 a packet as usual and I got 2.
It is very easy to apply and of course, I got the DIY man in the house to do it 😀 Just wipe the windows clean and spray some water onto to hold the stickers. Once the sticker has been affixed onto the window, use a ruler to press onto it to release excess water and air bubbles.
Voila, my cherry blossom window stickers which also add an interesting design element to the kitchen. On our 2nd trip to Daiso, I couldn’t find these stickers anymore. I wanted to get some for the windows in room downstairs too. Hopefully Daiso will bring in more stocks.
Wow… and they fits t=your window size nicely! I wonder if they sell it here. Mmm.. must check out. What a great and economical way.. Much cheaper than sand blast window!

wah..how come it fit just right? Did u have to cut it?
Nice! Didn’t know there is such a thing.
Pretty neat and seems like a perfect fit. I’m curious too, did you have to cut it to fit your window?
Hi Clair. The sticker is pretty long so we cut it into half and put one above the other. The width is just perfect 🙂
