Happy Chinese Dumpling Festival

Saw this really funny photo (above) at one of the websites when I googled for Dumpling Festival 😀  Have you eaten any Bak Zhang today?  I just got one and will be sharing it with hubs. It has fatty pork meat, chinese mushrooms, salted duck yolk and chestnut.  Haven’t had any for a long time.  When I was a kid, I loved the little ones which I would eat with melted gula melaka.  Mmmmmm….heaven.  There are lots of the little ones on sale but none with gula melaka 🙁  Ok….gotta go eat my rice dumpling now 😉
