Last night, we went to Pavillion to check out its Christmas decor 🙂 This is the first time we are there at night. The decor is pretty simple but nice. Kinda magical too 🙂 There are many huge Christmas trees in the Centre Court, just down the Spanish Steps.
Beautiful Christmas Trees festooned with shiny, colourful ornaments and colourful decorations. There are also many poinsettias around the trees.
We managed to catch a bit of the Christmas dance performance. Ashley enjoyed it.
There are reindeers pulling the sleigh at the entrance of the mall
The 3 Bowls Water Fountain at the entrance of Pavillion. The 3 bowls are stacked together, indicating the unity of the three main races in Malaysia – Malay, Chinese & Indian. The national flower of Malaysia, Bunga Raya, is lightened up on every bowl.
At approximately 8pm, milllions of tiny snowflakes magically fall from the sky ♥ They are actually fake snow 😀 We were having some drinks at The Loaf when it happened and Ashley was surprised to see the snowflakes.
Here she is…crying a bit when she first saw the snowflakes. Guess she was scared. Silly girl 😀 After a while, she was alright and tried to catch the ‘snowflakes’ 😀 I think she was afraid to see Santa Claus appearing when the snowflakes fell….hehehehehhe. Yes, she’s super duper scared of Santa *shake head*
Nice christmas deco. Thought to go Jusco to see their decoration, but sure KL one nicer 🙂
Oh ya… very nice hoh…
very beautiful decor. very nice oh. must go one time to check it out at nite 🙂 before the year end!
I didn’t get to go there at night lar… not with my 8 weeks old lor.
Oh, she cried eh! She so scared of the santa claus
I saw the fountain but didnt bother to find out the ‘story’ behind. Thanks. At least now I know why 3 bowls 😛
The snowflakes… those were actually sabun rite?
wah..is it like the bean bag snow? i wonder how the people clean up after that…
nice Christmas deco. 🙂
last year, my girl was so scared of the Santa. This year, she is no longer afraid of him. Even want to shake his hand.
Beautiful deco 🙂 shd bring joshie there too when we are back
there’re many chris trees in kl…unlike ipoh
A smile from SJ =)
To me, this is considered nice deco, not simple 🙂 We nearly went there too, which we now regret we didn’t..
yes, it’s nice but simple compared to other malls which have more elaborate decorations. it’s still not too late to make a trip there to see it 🙂
I’m surprised Ashley cried when she saw the snow flakes haha. My gals were all so excited when they saw snow flakes at Mid Valley 2 Xmas ago. I was excited too 😀
Nice decor. Better than Sunway Pyramid..hehe. I thought Gwen is the only kid who is afraid of Santa Claus. 😀
lovely deco indeed 🙂 ashley is so cute.
i was there on sat nite too! the deco is amazing rite? love it to bits im sure ashley does too! 🙂
lol, i like ashley’s expression, and also the decoration. really boast up the christmas mood 🙂
The decor is really so wonderful. Thanks for sharing these pics.
Oh, we brought the kids on Saturday night :-). The fake snow is really nice yeah? And you got a really nice photo of Ashley with the reindeer… my kids were too busybody to look at the camera, and the place was crowded the night we went.
oh mind…that’s a ever great X’mas I had seen. Wonder if I can spare time to go back KL. Sigh…i missed KL so much!!!
Pavilion nice place. I like it. Amber likes the fountain and she told me a story.. the big bowl for Papa, not so big bowl for Mama and the small bowl for Amber… LOL !
How were the snowflakes like ? Never experienced it. Is it always at 8pm ?
from the look of the last pic, it looks like ashley banged her head on something 🙁
