We went to IOI mall over the weekend and I saw a stall outside Jusco selling lots of Hello Kitty stuff. I am so not a fan of Hello Kitty but the lil missy is. I walked over to the stall to check it out because I saw many interesting metal boxes there. That stall was actually selling empty cookie boxes with Hello Kitty designs. They come in round and square sizes at RM10 each.
This one has a handle and I bought it for Ashley to keep her knick-knacks.
It was used to store egg roll and the stall owner is smart to collect these boxes and sell them to Hello Kitty fans. The one I got was dated 2007. Would be great if it was from 1987 huh? I would love to have a little vintage metal box eventhough it’s a Hello Kitty 😛

i was once a hello kitty fan too..and also “little twin stars”. do you remember the old guardian in ipoh garden south ( the previous metrojaya complex) ..i got so much from there.

I used to like Hello Kitty also when I was younger… I collected some stationary back then..
Luckily my girl isn’t a fan of hello kitty. She’s okay with this cat. But the metal box is really good to keep all sort of things.
RM 10 is quite expensive for an empty container, but with Hello Kitty design, ok la!
By the way, I think it is so useful to store hair accessories.

my girl is not Hello Kitty fan, but from time to time, I do buy some Hello Kitty stuff for her… some are quite cute… that metal storing box – ideal to store accessories…
