I was sneezing non-stop yesterday. I thought, “oh dear, I’ve got the cold again“. I sneezed so many times that I became hungry. Yup…I’ve got this strange habit that whenever I sneeze a lot, I’ll be very hungry and have to stuff myself. Silly eh? I’ve decided not to sleep with the aircond on last night and thank goodness it was not a very warm day. Before I went to bed, I popped a Clarinase and hoped that everything will be fine. Well, Clarinase is really a life-saver. My nose cleared immediately and I was able to sleep well. Then this morning, I felt fine. No more sneezing or stuffy nose 
Clarinase is effective but I have heart palpitation and insomnia after popping them
