We are finally back to KL after spending a few days in Ipoh. We went back for our good friend’s wedding dinner. It was a fun trip as usual and wish we could stay longer. Got to come back today and if not, we would be caught in the traffic jam if we travel back on Sunday as everybody would be rushing to return to the city after spending the Raya holidays. Actually the traffic was quite bad today and at certain stretches on the highway, it was bumper to bumper 🙁 I ate quite a bit these few days because who can resist the good food in Ipoh eh? Had the usual Hor Fun with bean sprouts and chicken, grilled fish and more. My aunt told us of another place to eat the famous Hor Fun and it was near the Wolley Food Court. My goodness, we had to wait over an hour for the noodles. Well, not because we can late, but the stall owner and his workers were really slow. My aunt actually warned us before we went there but we still wanted to try it out. No more 2nd time though. The noodles were ok…..not that fantastic 🙂 Here are some pics taken during the wedding dinner.

It’s the Nine Emperor’s Festival now and we went to the Tow Boo Kong Temple to pray and bought some tortoise buns. Ashley was very amused to see them 🙂 So, did you all enjoy your holiday?

we didnt go anywhere this holiday coz we dont want shan leo to spread his chickenpox to anyone…*sob, sob* hence, i hv finished watching moonlight resonance *yeah*

My hub’s aunt got us the pink tortoise buns fr TBK Hall too but I dare not eat after reading about the coloring used which wld cause some ailments fr the newspapers recently.
