A thief or thieves came to our house today between midnight to early morning. Only came to the porch and took away 12 pairs of shoes from our shoe cabinet and shoe rack. 4 pairs belong to hubs, 2 pairs mine and 6 pairs of my mom’s. Most of my shoes, hubs and Ashley’s are in the shoe cabinet inside the house. There isn’t enough space so my mom keeps hers in the shoe cabinet at the porch. I don’t care much about my shoes and hubs that were taken but I feel bad for my mom because some of them are her fav. 2 were bought in London and one is a rather new Rockport running shoes which she wears for her morning walk sometimes. *sigh* The a**holes took the branded shoes and left the not-so-branded ones behind.
What’s left at the shoe rack
The ‘almost bare’ shoe cabinet 🙁
Oh…what a bummer. Stupid a**holes. So daring.
it happens a few times at my house too!!! “they” like sports shoes, mens shoes & leather shoes only. so, we have no choice but to keep all the mentioned shoes in the house. ladies high heels are safe!!! “they” are not interested in it!
Sorry to hear that, Barb. My parent don’t put any shoes outside the house now. THeir house has been burglarized don’t know how many times. Now these a-holes are striking the outside of the house – anything metal.
SOrry to hear that. Branded shoes are best kept inside the house.
Oh dear…. I had that problem too, when I was in KL. My hub’s shoes, gone. He had a pair of customised soles as well. Your poor mom.
Sigh…
Yea..be careful about ur water meter. I bought a lock for it. I hate the thought of being without water!
so sorry to hear that..

As if the thief/thieves can wear them… of course not la. sorry to hear this, especially those expensive shoes.

aiyoooo…sorry to hear that. 🙁
That’s why u can see we all keep our shoes in our house instead of outside the house.
Damn those thieves. Some more take the branded shoes only. Lots of thieves roaming around these days. Hard times ahead.
Oh dear Barb, those thieves must be really desperate. Thank God, they didn’t break into your house and give you guys a shock of your life. I think it’s a good idea to instal an alarm in your house.
