A refreshing drink for hot days

Here is something to beat the hot days…apple drink 😀  I saw this from Cynthia‘s blog and decided to try it out.  Very easy recipe.

Peel off apples and chop them into small pieces. I added some “mut cho”.

Boil these pieces in water for 2 hours.

Let them cool off after 2 hours.  Serve

er.. can’t remember what it’s called.
i used to tumpang my ex-bf’s sis to buy from her hubby’s “yeok choi poh”.
she will pick all sorts of stuff – more than half of which which i didn’t even know existed. 😛
the more common and simple one would be “loh hon kor” + dried longan + “mut cho”. … good for sore throat. 🙂

btw, should we chill it? cos i dont really like hot.. maybe room temp ok. oh..when u boil for 2 hours, u need to keep on adding water??

Yup, loh hon koa is very good for the throat. You can also try pear + snow fungus + mak choa, also very ‘yun’.
