my meals

I have been having salads for dinner since a few months ago.  My weight is still the same despite that so I have switched to having salads for lunch as well.  This means I have 2 salads a day and a piece of wholemeal bread for breakfast. I usually eat like this from Monday to Friday.  During the weekend, I allow myself to have other food like noodles 🙂  Now back to my salads.  Sometimes I’ll get the roast chicken from the supermarket and make myself a roast chicken salad.  At times, I would fry a sausage or ham.  Not very healthy eh?  Once in a while I’ll have these…

Chicken satay with my veges.  This is only on Thursday when it’s pasar malam (night market) day in my neighbourhood.

I don’t know when I’ll stop eating salad.  Hopefully I can lose some weight before I get bored with them 🙂

    Barb, try Herbalife provided there is a good coach. It works for me, although on the slower pace.

    LOL, I actually love salad! You can try apple sider vinegar, good for detoxification too!^^

    Breastfeed, sure can lose weight. Provided Ashley would take it now. Keep it up, salad’s a good healthy meal whether or not to lose weight.

    Breastfeeding is a good idea but for a 6 year old? err..i don’t have any milk left…kakakakakkaakakakakaka

    Hit the gym or the road Barb. Sure can lose weight, trust me! Or come to my place and work out with me in the gym 😀

    i wish i have time to jog or walk every morning 🙂 i cycle on my reebok trainer every evening 🙂

    Wow! Such a ‘determined’ meal! Having roasted chicken or pork chop with salad doesn’t considered as unhealthy, Barb. Just remove the skin and eat the lean one only.

    Exercise regularly is good to reduce weight too.

    I would love to have this every day. I won’t get bored at salad, I always love veggie and fruit more than anything.

    Wow! I am impressed. I dont think I can survive for few days not to mention a week! :p

    You can try blending fruit and vegetable juice for your breakfast too. Good for detox. Good luck and hope your weight goes down soon!

    I also eat this not to lose weight but to stay healthy. I don’t eat meat at all (only fish and some seafood). I guess you are already on the right track where your diet is concerned. Work on your exercise a bit more and you should see results soon. “Add oil!” 🙂

    Hmm,maybe burning ur calories will be a good idea too by exercise. Keep up the salad taking! If you are bored with it, try add some toast bread crumb or fruits. Meat is also important to boost ur energy…well balance diet is very important to keep you stay slim and healthy looking…

    Maybe the salad is not enough for lose weight?? Perhaps you need to do some exercise.. Anywhere, eating salad everyday is very good to stay healthy.

    Eating salad is good but not enough. Go for a swim to burn more calories. Yes, apple cider vinegar is good for digestion and will help too, keep it up, Barb!

    guess it won’t do harm having more greens & good try so far!!
    i agree that taking up exercise might add on to yr result.
