A few days ago, we went to buy some things at a shop. The shopkeeper spoke to me in Mandarin so I tried to converse with her in my ‘half-bucket’ Mandarin. I even did some bargaining and etc. So after we left the shop, Ashley turned to me and said “Mom, I am so proud of you. You spoke to the lady in Mandarin“…… muahahahahaha. This is too funny that I have to put in record.

Good mummy…serving a good example for her. I was lucky that my wifey is from a chinese education background. She speaks mandarin with my boy all the time.
