On certain days when I want a change from having noodles for lunch, I would have my minimalist lunch (if there is such a thing).

This is my favourite – Rendang chicken with salad. I bought the rendang chicken from the nasi lemak stall and added my own lettuce and egg.

Wah! Carbs free, good good good. I like this very healthy lunch. Only proteins, fiber and vitamin. Well done, barb.
