When we were in Bangkok, I can’t help but notice images of this very funny looking fish on the billboards, restaurants and even bags made into this fish shape. I think this must be the Thai’s popular fish dish. What’s funny is that the head is always bent.
When we were ordering food at the swanky Eathai Food Court at Central Embassy, one of the luxury malls in the heart of Bangkok, I spotted this fish and quickly took a photo.
Cute right? Well I didn’t order this fish for dinner.
Eathai has a range of street food to choose from. Our Thai friends brought us here for dinner and we love it. We can eat comfortably and affordably at Eathai. Its concept is like Movenpick where you order the food at different counters and hand them a card to swipe. Then when you are done eating, just give them the card at the counter and the cashier will add up the total for payment.
See? Even the Eathai card has an image of the funny-looking fish!
So if you are in Bangkok, do visit Eathai. You will be spoilt for choices.
