Splishy Splashy Birthday Party

Ashley’s 7th Birthday party this year was a joint party with her good friends, Fearles and Cruz who also share the same birthdate as her.  Yeah, the 3 kiddos were born on the same day and year 🙂    The party was held at the boys’ home and we invited a few of their friends to join the celebration.  Below are some of the snapshots taken on that day.

The kids warming up before all the guests arrived.

The girls in the pool

Some of the yummy food we had.  We had spaghetti, pasta cabornara, baked chicken wings which Annie cooked as well as nuggets, sausages, mini pies, popiah, chocolate fondue, jellies, marshmallow pops and ice-cream.

The birthday kids getting all ready to blow the candles

Ashley’s Jelly Birthday Cake.  Yup, it’s the Powerpuff Girls this year.

There was also a Pinata for the kids.  The prize?  Not a trophy at AwardsForAnything.com but lots of candies for them. Fun Fun Fun!

The party packs I prepared.  I used the old phone directory pages to create the heart-shaped Thank You note 🙂

It was a fun Splishy Splashy birthday celebration.  A big Thank You to Annie for the joint celebration at her home.  Big Thank Yous to Elaine, Dinah and Jacss and their families for celebrating the birthdays with us.

A wet birthday party~ Good idea for the party as the weather is very very hot these days. The kids can chill in the water while waiting for the party to begin 🙂
