Paris The Romantic City

After exploring London, we headed to to Paris. It was our first time in the City of Light, and we were looking forward to see its world-famous attractions. Paris did not disappoint at all. The city’s charm was evident in every corner, from the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame Cathedral to the Louvre Museum and the charming streets of Montmartre. We strolled along the Seine River, enjoyed delicious pastries and coffee, and marveled at the stunning architecture that Paris is renowned for.

The weather in Paris was somewhat better than in London. It has a more comfortable chill that allowed us to spend more time outdoors. Day 2 was actually warm with a temperature of around 22 deg C. Clear skies and crisp air made our sightseeing even more enjoyable.

Throughout our trip, we marveled at the grandeur of the Eiffel Tower at night when it sparkled with twinkling lights and we even had a picnic there during the day, all thanks to Ashley and her friend who suggested that we buy some food like bread, cheese, chorizo and pastries, and sit on the grass. To me, that was the best part of our visit to Eiffel Tower. We visited Parc Monceau, on the most beautiful parks in Paris and it was built in the 17th century. This trip was a wonderful mix of sightseeing, family bonding, and simply soaking in the local ambiance.
