something sweet & sour

2 days ago, my MIL came back from the market carrying a few bags of stuff. I was surprised to see so many things and asked her what she bought. She said, “I’m going to cook Pork Leg Vinegar today” 😀  Ahhhh….brings back lots of memories of my confinement.    Just to let you know, my MIL is a great cook.  She may not know where to get furnace filters but when it comes to cooking, she’s a pro. Cooking is what she loves to do best and we are never short of good food when she’s around.  When we were in Canada, she made kaya, lor mai kai, pan mee…etc.  Here is what I have been eating for 2 days.
