After the first week of school, I noticed that most children in Ashley’s kindy wear white shoes and white socks to school….you know, the type worn by the primary and secondary students. Upon checking with another parent, I found out that one of the rules of this school is that all children must wear white shoes and white socks. My bad. I didn’t read the leaflet properly. Ashley has been wearing her princess-like shoes and pink/white socks to school 😀 Last Friday, we decided to head down to Carrefour and look for a pair of school shoes for her. I found this –
a pair of cute mary-jane style shoes.
Ashley likes this a lot and so do I. How come they didn’t have this design when I was a kid? I think I have to get her another pair as spare because she came back with her shoes all dirty today. And today is only Monday 🙁
The shoes is lovely. White shoes tend to get dirty easily.
Oh yes, the shoes is so sweet! I love it 🙂 Yes, get another pair for Ashley 🙂
Looks cute and comfortable.. i also nv wore these before.. i remember i wore plastic white shoes during my primary.. sad huh..
eh didn’t know pallas haf this kind of shoes .. its nice. 🙂
nice shoes!
last time when i was schooling, i hate my shoes to be clean and white! haha… whenever i buy a new pair of shoes, i will purposely step on it, left step right, right step left till it’s a lil’ dirty haha! Otherwise it will be so bright and white, cannot tahan hehe.
Very very cute!!!
very sweet looking ya. definitely better than our green sole bata with shoelace or pallas days. hey..Amber’s principal asked us to get black canvas instead.. for school and to be used during school performance days. I likeee the idea.. no need to wash so frequent.. LOL !
This is indeed a really nice “modern” design school shoes. Yeah, how come we didnt have this during our time eh?
I love it, it’s really sweet. Just like the owner :-).
Very nice Mary-Janes… I would love a pair too (kalau ada saizla):-)
I thought I’m the only mum who doesn’t read the message book… hee hee
aiya…ur post came a bit too late..me bot the boring old Bata strappies…nvm..hopefully they still hv these when she outgrows the one I just bot..but that’ll be till next year…
I say dirty shoes definitely have more character LOL!
I really dislike white shoes as it is so hard to maintain. They should make school shoes black instead!! Luckily, Harvynna’s school does not impose rules on shoes. Guess I wont have a choice when she goes to Primary school. These shoes u got her are nice. When i was in school, they only allowed lace-ups, so I couldnt wear those nice zap on ones.
nice shoes! Lucky my boys’s kindy not neccessary to wear white shoes. 🙂
Really nice shoes. Like the design. Sometimes, hypermarket does sells nice things.
aiyo, so cute lah…now i’m jealous i don’t have a girl :p
ah, barb! now you reminded me to get a new school shoes. i never knew they have mary-jane type (kinda suaku) and since last year avery is wearing the typical school shoes – bulky and male dominant one.
is the brand, pallas?
The shoe is cute and sweet, anyway I think white shoe is too formal for kindy student…
Nice shoe, my daughter would like this design too!
That’s a nice pair! Half-party, half school type. 🙂
Ya, very nice and easier to slip on and off too. C’s school doesn’t have this ruling cos their classrooms are shoe-less.
that’s a nice pair of mary-janes!
Nice..very nice. I like it too. 🙂
kids fashion nowadays are so nice!!! everything else is better than our time *sigh*
Nowadays the kids are so lucky….school shoes also that nice.
I guess during our time, only dat few old models…
