Can this really solve a marriage problem?

Recently, a relative of mine was having some problems with her marriage.  She was very upset with her life and even wanted to end her marriage.  How did I know?  Well, she posted about her problems in Facebook 🙂  Her friends and relatives tried to comfort her with encouraging words and advice.  This went on for a few days and then guess what?  She was back to her normal self and acted as if nothing has happened because her husband gave her an expensive gift.  Amazing ain’t it?   I have heard of marriage counselling that would help to solve problems in a marriage but a gift?   This is something new.
