This is the salad I got from KFC…..not exactly healthy because of the popcorn chicken. However, I’ve only eaten this once 😀 When I’m hungry, I’ll snack on fruits or raisins. I have started this diet about 2 weeks ago and so far I have lost 2kg. I’m pretty happy with the results and so is my husband (I mean he is happy with the weight HE has lost). I could see that his tummy is not so big anymore. Once in a while I’ll ask him if he sees any difference in me and he’ll say I still look the same. Men!!! I probably dyed my hair green and he would still not notice it.

I really envy you able to eat fruits and raisins.. i can’t go on any diet.. because if i’m hungry.. i can’t eat too much fruits.. coz’ i’m diabetic..! so i’ve got an excuse to be fat. .kkekekeke!

You can try this low-carb bread by Adventis. It’s flour-free and made from sprouted wheat. Good for dieters. Can also try Gardenia’s Low GI bread. I also have bread for lunch everyday with sugar-free peanut butter or avocado or sugar-free black sesame paste. Eermm… sausages & deli meat not that healthy wor, loaded with preservatives & sodium (yes, sodium causes water retention, bloating & weight gain). You can alternate deli meat with sugar free peanut butter (try the brand Steffi). All the best 2 u!

Hm.. i love the lunch but I thought that is the breakfast till I read again when you mentioned breakfast only coffee. Won’t you be hungry just with soup and veg??
