The Ride

A while back when we were at The Curve, I saw a few furry animal rides at the ground floor. I am sure many have seen these rides before. Usually the animals are rather huge and they are more suitable for older children. The one at The Curve has 2 small animals and we let Ashley tried on one of them. I was quite skeptical at first as Ashley is rather timid. So, we just let her sit on the dog for a while (without moving) and she was enjoying it. Then I asked the staff to switch it on and to my surprised, Ashley didn’t fuss or try to get off. She didn’t know how to control the movement of the dog so we followed her around like bodyguards 😉 At one point, she even rode the dog into a shop nearby *lol*

The ride cost RM3 for 5 minutes but since she’s the only customer then, the staff let her rode around for 10 minutes. Needless to say, she didn’t want to come down when the time was up. She was bawling away and I had to pull her away 🙁 Since then, we have yet to come across any rides at the other malls. I wonder if she would ask to ride them if she sees any.

I think Wen may be right. Because those animals are furry, we really don’t know what kind of germs get stuck there. But if she really wants to ride, then perhaps, you be prepared with long pants and wash her hands immediately after the ride?
