is it an exercise machine or …

Two Christmases ago, I asked Santa for this …….

My wish was granted and I was happily doing 8 to 10 km on this baby 5 days a week.   My weight didn’t go down despite this exercise but my legs and calves are firmer.   It was pretty boring to exercise on a stationary bike.  An excuse?   Haha..

Then I started running these few months.  Actually I prefer running to sitting on the bike because I get to go out of the house 🙂   So what happened to my exercising bike?

Now, my bike still in my bedroom, for me to throw clothes on.  My training bike is now an expensive clothes hanger 🙁

    Ha ha hahhhh!!!!!

But actually, at my old hse, that was precisely what the “air-walker” was used for too! very convenient for hanging damp towels, I must say 🙂

  2. I think it makes a nifty and stylish clothes hanger… recycle ! recycle ! recycle !

    lol!

Last time, I also had one orbitrek, and one step&twist. I gave away all these two after a couple years.

It is always good to go running in the park. No so boring and have more fresh air.

I go to gym, due to the time I am free is always hot outside.

  4. Haha..i’m going to get Ice to see this. She has been pestering me to buy an exercise bike. We live opposite to a field/playground, and are near distance to the park, hence running is a very good option.

I know if I were to get a stationary bike for myself, it will have the same fate as yours. Hahaha…

That is why I dun own an exercise machine at home. I rather pay just for an aerobic class. Or else ended the machine will be in the store room.

Recently try to find an aerobic class but couldn’t get it…Will plan to have a job at TPG Lake Garden after work.

Sell it to Cash Converters. Get a bit of $ back and won’t be an eyesore as well.

It’s not a good idea to buy exercise machines huh? Yes, fresh air is always better. Although I can’t jog, I feel as if my heart will come out of my mouth. LOL. I prefer to brisk walk. Keep it up ya.

Haha..Becomes clothes hanger eh. I surely need a bike like this to lose some weight.

Muahahahaha, that sure is a very very expensive room deco and clothes hanger 😀

  16. Sue says:

Hahaha….yes, that’s one really expensive clothes hanger you got there. Using cycling bike hardly can lose weight because you sit on it. Jogging is a better way to lose it 🙂

haha, same case for me. I collect old newspapers on my trackmill.
