my favourite childhood cookies

It’s the time of the year already 🙂 I’m so happy to see them every year. Brings back lots of cherished memories. I am glad that Ashley loves eating them too.

I haven’t bought any mooncakes yet. Will check them out this weekend 🙂 Have you tried any this year?

    My brother bought the girls 4 pieces of Doraemon mooncakes, which came in a Doraemon cuties bag. Too bad is my girls do not like the piglet cookies.

    I’ve not yet tasted mooncake yet this year. But my MIL made mooncake biscuit already in Fish and lion shape.

    Yea, I used to love the piglet cookies too! And I would collect the ‘basket’ after eating =)

  6. Aw…chu chai pieang. I used to pester my dad for it when I was a kid. Will eat up the cookies and use the cage to store my erasers. Beautiful memories.

    yesterday you were all talking excitedly about mooncakes, i was driving then lost in the conversation. who said wants to do a mooncake tattoo? can also, ask ah poh make a temporary one.

    I used to like that piggie cookies. Now no more, don’t know why :p

    I will intro these to my kiddo and I bet they will be happy as I was when my mother gave me those cookies.

    Even my 13 years old girl is asking for them! I loved their various shapes – piglet, fish and butterfly. Yes, very memorable indeed.
