a little change

Inspired by my dear friends, Elaine and Annie, I have decided to get this.

Organic oats which I will be eating for dinner, at least twice a week.

My first bowl of oats.  Honestly, I am not a big fan of oats.   Only tried Quaker oats in my drink once and that was it.  I decided to change because I want to start eating healthily.  A bowl of oats with fruits and milk is easy to make, especially after a long day.    So, this will be my dinner twice or thrice a week.

Hubs bought this bag of muesli from Tesco a few days ago to give me some variety.  He wants to try having them for dinner too.   I find it a bit chewy but not too bad.

I see you using fresh milk to go with your oat. Did you heat them up ? I seldom take oat chilled like yours. I normally will mix with hot water and some condensed milk to make it sweet for my liking. I have new invention for healthy breakfast in a cup in my most recent post. Please hop over for a look.

inspired by Elaine, not me. I only drink it in the morning with my coffee. I cannot eat so healthy, no dinner just oat. 😛
