Something funny and strange looking 
Mine didn’t turn out as nice looking as the photo above. I took a short cut and insert a few strands of pasta at the same time and some broke into half 
Lesson learned – no shortcuts. Also be sure not to insert the pasta near the side of the sausage as the sausage may open up when it is over-cooked hence spilling all the pasta out. I made Aglio Oglio with this pasta last night. I thought it would be a hit with the kids but the parents were more excited to see it…hahahaha.
