Recently I spotted a man and a woman selling cute balloons at the Pasar Malam (night market) in my neighbourhood. When I went nearer, I saw the woman inflating the balloons and the man twisting them with his fingers. He was very fast and made twisting the balloons look so easy. They were selling the balloons at rm1.50 each. Much cheaper than the ones sold at the mall 🙂 I bought a butterfly one for Ashley.
cute?
The lady told me that they have been sculpting balloons for over 12 years. So, if you are looking for balloons twisters/sculptors for children’s parties, you may want to give them a call 🙂
RM1.50 for that balloon is very cheap. Very nice too.
that is cheap! i like looking how they do it. The balloon almost never burst .
I watched a show on Astro AEC before. It told about a clown father and a clown son. They went for many jobs together. Their story make me shed my tear. Baloon man or clown’s job isn’t easy as what we think.
Balloon Sculptures are very easy to do. You can get one of those kits and learn to do it yourself. After that it’ll be cheaper than $1.50. Haha. Have a look at some of those we made ourselves.

Cute and cheap!! They draw the butterfly eyes?
Thanks for the contact, might need that. *wink wink*
Ashley must be thrilled just by looking at how they do the sculpturing…is that what it is called.. I myself love to watch them do it..twist and turn and a design is done… 🙂
The price is reasonable 🙂
But it’s harder for him to travel north, huh :p
so much nicer than those given by the clown in the mall cos this even have eye drawn on it. ok, maybe those are given free, so dont expect so much but it’s really creative.
I wonder how long does it last?
COOL…..and thanks for the name card info. You never know when you may need it….like a Barney cake! 🙂
Thanks for sharing. Nice add on for a children party.
