Not too long ago, I purchased the Lemony Butter Cake Mix from Yummyketobycharine. The cake mix is pretty convenient as I only need to add butter, eggs and lemon juice. I forgot to take a photo of the cake mix when they arrived so I am using the photo from her FB page.
Tadaa…here is my keto lemon cake. It is so fluffy soft and buttery. Smelt so good when it was baking in the oven. I am glad that I bought the cake mix and got to enjoy some keto lemony cake goodness. It is so delicious!
