The First Time I Made Kerabu Ikan Bilis

After seeing my friends, Annie and Elaine making the Kerabu Ikan Bilis (Fried Anchovy Salad), I decided to give it a try.  I guess you can call it a Keto Kerabu Ikan Bilis as I did not add in any sugar.

Ingredients:-

2 handful of Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)
2 – 3 pieces of daun limau purut (Kafir lime leaves)
1/2 tomato (cut up)
Lime
2-3 pieces of chilli
2 shallots (can add more if you like)
1 tsp of Key Lime juice (Limau nipis)
1 tsp of Calamansi juice (Limau kasturi)
1 tsp of Fish sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar (I omitted this)

I added 2 cloves of garlic because I love raw garlic

After frying the ikan bilis, just mix all the ingredients together and serve.

A colouful dish that I enjoy eating.  Will be making more of this.
