I have always loved eating bread and when I started my keto journey, I have been baking my own keto bread from recipes I found online. However, they do not look or feel like bread at all. Some of my keto bread recipes are as follows:-
I was over the moon when I discovered Carbless. This homegrown bakery has a range of the most delicious keto / low carb bread loaves that taste and look just like the regular bread! All their bread loaves and keto products are 100% Gluten-free and Wheat Free.
My first and 2nd purchases were the Keto Sourdough Bread and Almond Loaf.
Keto Sourdough Bread
The first bite of this Sourdough bread sent me to bread heaven. It was so soft and has no eggy taste. Well did I say it taste just like any regular bread? I like to toast my bread and slather it with butter. Yums!
The above was my 3rd purchase. This time I ordered a Cranberry Walnut loaf and Burger buns.
The keto burger buns are huge, soft and light! My keto burger consists of a pork patty, egg, cheese, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. This is actually the first time I have a burger complete with a bun since I started my keto journey 3 years ago. Usually, I just eat the burger patty wrapped with lettuce and onions. With Carbless Keto Burger Buns, I can have an actual burger *chuckle*
This is the super delicious Cranberry Walnut Loaf. I love being able to chew on the unsweetened cranberry and walnuts.
Carbless goods do not contain any preservatives and stabilizers. Their loaves are sold unsliced. It is advisable to slice the entire loaf, and chill in an airtight container. They can last for up to 7 days in the chiller and 3 months in the freezer.
Below is their product list. Besides bread, Carbless also has keto ice-cream, cakes, spreads and premixes. Check out their FB Page – Carbless or Whatsapp +60 12-496 6435 to order.
