A Meal From 2 Shireens
Posted on Nov 17, 2009 under ashley, food, friends | 17 CommentsYou all must be wondering what I’m talking about judging from the title of my post eh? A few days ago, I cooked a jiffy pasta meal for Ashley after seeing Shireen’s post on Mushroom Soup Pasta. Really simple and easy. Why did I say 2 Shireens? Well, another good blogging friend of mine, Shireen, a very funny and hot mama to 2 girls bought some pasta for Ashley during her recent honeymoon trip to Switzerland
Yes, Shireen….I only cooked the pasta now..after so many months
A packet of Disney Princess Pasta
The different shapes. Can you spot the 4 Princesses, a castle, the carriage, a glass slipper and a flower?
The instant cream of mushroom soup
Added some marinated shrimps. Ashley is a big shrimp lover.
The cooked mushroom soup pasta with shrimps
Verdict? My fussy eater loves it and she has been requesting for pasta every day
Thank you very much to my pals, Shireen and Shireen for a delicious meal

Hey, my sil bought a similar packet of Disney Princess pasta for my gals too but ours has colors – green made from spinach and red from beet root. I’m glad Ashley loved the pasta cooked this way. Sherilyn is absolutely crazy over her pasta cooked this way too.

Yes, Shireen’s recipe is really easy. I cooked it earlier last week. The soup I got was with added cheese and croutons.. Next time avoid that

The pasta shapes are cute but to my picky eaters, pasta must go with pasta sauce, not soup, “it’s not the same, Mom” so I can’t cheat

Hi, chance upon your blog today. Nice piece of work.
Btw, can we find these disney characters pastas in Mal?
Thanks for dropping by my blog. Unfortunately we can’t get any Disney pasta here. My friend bought it from Switzerland. However, there are animal shapes pasta available at Cold Storage or Marks & Spencer.
