90 Seconds Low Carb English Muffin

Ever since I started cutting out carbs from my meals,  I haven’t eaten any bread, noodles and cakes.  My family and friends know how much I love cakes, breads and all kinds of noodles.  When I found this 90-seconds aka 2-minute English muffin recipe online, I decided to give it a try.

Here is the recipe :-

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe ramekin for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Let sit for a minute to allow the mixture to thicken.
  3. Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm.  Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half and put some jam or butter on it.  You can even toast in the toaster.
