It has been over a week since Sheldon came home. Boy is he keeping us busy. I totally forgot how a 2-year-old dog would behave. Cooper came when he was about 10 months old and he bit more than 20 pairs of slippers and shoes. He uprooted the plants, bit the cap off the valve stem on the car tyres and more. He only settled down when he was 3 years old. Just how do we prevent our dogs from biting things around the house?
Sheldon is at a mischievous stage and he bit 2 pairs of shoes that day. I took off mine when I came home and left it at the door and in less than 15 minutes, he had chewed on it. Then later, he bit hubs’ shoes that have been there for a few days. We didn’t think he would bite it but he did.
He had climbed onto the shoe cabinet and a table and pulled down my potted plants. He usually did all those things in the middle of the night and when we opened the door the next morning, we were greeted with surprises.
The 2 rascals looking at us from the outside. Sheldon is very playful and kept disturbing Cooper and pushes him all the time. So both of them will be running all over the place chasing each other.
Peace and calm when they lie down like this.
