As someone who follow the low carb way of life, I can’t just buy any ice cream from the stores. I can only go for keto ice creams or make them myself.
My family loves Family Mart’s Sofuto and each time when they order the ice cream, I can only look at them enjoying it. Luckily there’s Kind Kones in Bangsar Village that serves Keto Chocolate Sorbet. I would get myself a single scoop each time I am there.
Lately I am kinda hooked on Inside Scoop Zero Sugar Ice Creams. They have 2 choices – Cafe Latte Zero and Valrhona Chocolate Zero. I prefer the earlier one as I am not really a chocolate fan. Even my non-keto family loves them.
I am glad that there is an Inside Scoop near me which is at Bloomsdale Mall. I have been indulging in these keto gluten low carb ice creams whenever I pop into the mall. Plus the weather is really unbearable these days so having these sugar free ice creams are a life saver!
