While shopping at Jaya Grocer last weekend, I spotted this …..
Cauliflower Rice in a packet! This is convenient for ketoers who do not want to chop up the cauliflower themselves. Just take them out from the packet, cook and eat. Cauliflower rice is an ideal substitute for rice. Many people who are on low carb or keto consume cauli rice when they feel like having some ‘rice’. Cauliflower rice can be used as a substitute for pizza crust too.
I did not buy this though because it is rather pricey in my opinion. I would rather buy the cauliflower and chop them up myself.
