My Favourite Vegetarian Curry

One of my favourite dishes is vegetarian curry.  I can actually eat this the whole day.  One of the good things about this MCO (Movement Control Order) is that I finally learned how to cook this dish.  Yes, all this time it is either cooked by my mom or I would buy the curry from the stalls.  I can’t believe I did not learn how to cook it earlier because it is so simple.

I used 3 tablespoons of Baba’s Meat Curry Powder and mixed it with some water and chopped garlic and onions.  Then fry this mixture till it becomes fragrant.  Add more water, followed by the vegetables. Simmer for about 30 mins and the vegetarian curry is cooked.  I love the tau fo pok (fried beancurd) in this dish.

I used MasFood Vegetarian Curry Paste during the 2nd time I cooked it.  With MasFood paste, I used the whole packet.  This is less spicy compared to Baba’s meat curry powder.
