Ever since I started cutting out carbs from my meals, I haven’t eaten any bread, noodles and cakes. My family and friends know how much I love cakes, breads and all kinds of noodles. When I found this 90-seconds bread recipe which is also known as the Low Carb English Muffin recipe online, I decided to give it a try.
Here is the recipe :-
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour (can be bought from organic shops)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Melt butter in a microwave safe ramekin for about 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Let sit for a minute to allow the mixture to thicken.
- Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half and put some jam or butter on it. You can even toast in the toaster.
