My Quick Low Carb Breakfast

On days that I don’t know what to eat or when I am tired of having soft boiled eggs for breakfast, I would grab some avocados from the market.  They are filing and easy to prepare.  Well, actually, just cut them into half and dig in.   With a cup of coffee, I am all set!
