Eyelashes For Days!

So one evening, this lil bug landed onto my dining table. I couldn’t help staring at it because this is the first time I have seen a bug with eyelashes. It was pretty hilarious as it reminded me of my friend, Annie who used to have fake long eyelashes. I quickly took a photo and sent to her.

Missy was ecstatic because she has seen this eyelash bug trending on TikTok. She told me that she didn’t know that she can see a real live eyelash bug in our house. I tried to look up its name on the internet but there are so many versions. It’s definitely not a mite. I understand that the ‘eyelash’ is actually the antennae.

How cute is this lil fella. It flew away after a few hours.

When I Feel Meh

Some days are just filled with endless work that piles up on the desk and when things get stressful, I would open up my Foodpanda app and look for my favourite bakery – Suchan Patisserie Pastry to order my keto cake.

Nothing that some keto cakes can’t do. I ordered 2 slices of Keto Tiramisu cakes because I love them. Another one of Suchan’s keto cakes that I love is the Keto Ondeh Ondeh cake. Too bad they don’t have it on that day.

Foodpanda has a RM12 discount for orders above RM36 on some days so it was a good deal.

My yummy keto Tiramisu cakes. I love how Suchan stamped its cake boxes with quirky quotes about cakes. I get a different quote each time I order their cakes. They do put a smile on my face.

I fell in love with this bag as soon as I laid my eyes on it. There is just something about crossbody bag that I simply cannot resist. It is so easy and comfortable to wear. Compared to a shoulder bag, the weight of the contents in a crossbody bag is evenly distributed across the body. This will put less strain on the shoulders. Plus, it leaves my hands free.

Old Is Gold

I was cleaning my shoe closet last weekend and guess what? I found a pair of shoes that I haven’t worn in a long time. It’s my slip-on leather shoe from Rockport. I bought this pair of shoes before I have Ashley. That’s like almost 20 years ago! I quickly checked it out and the shoes still look fine. So I tried to wear it to work the next working day and was praying that the sole won’t come off while walking.

I must say that I am so impressed with this brand because my shoe was fine even after not wearing it for so long.

It’s still as comfortable as ever.

Now I have another pair of shoes to wear to work. Rockport is really a superb brand that comes out with high quality and long lasting shoes. I think I paid less than RM200 for this pair. I wonder if there’s still Rockport around in KL.
